Welcome to Honey Drop Aesthetics (honeydropaesthetics.com). By accessing this website, purchasing products, or booking services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. General
These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods (Beaded Jewelry) and services (Makeup Artistry). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. E-Commerce: Beaded Jewelry
Product Description: We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately. As our jewelry is often handmade with natural beads, slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur.
Pricing: Prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping: Orders are processed within 7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Other items may be returned within [Number] days of receipt if they are unworn and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within [24-48] hours of delivery with photographic proof to arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Services: Makeup Artistry
Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations made less than [24/48] hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
If you are more than [15] minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and a late fee of [Amount] may apply.
Client Responsibility (Allergies): The client must inform the makeup artist of any known skin allergies, sensitivities, or conditions prior to the session. Honey Drop Aesthetics is not liable for allergic reactions if specific conditions were not disclosed.
Travel: For on-location services, a travel fee may apply based on the distance from Espoo Finland.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images of jewelry designs and makeup portfolio photos, is the property of Honey Drop Aesthetics. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Honey Drop Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finnish law.
